This item is a complete joke. This is supposed to be a short ram COLD air intake. The Throttle body on the specified vehicle (early model Durango/Dakota) is positioned right above the engine block, the HOTTEST place under the hood. An intake is supposed to be designed to bring in cold air for the engine to breath better. I was not happy with my purchase, although I will say that the customer service was great. I now have a K&N intake and it is well worth the extra money. I highly recommend against this poorly thought out piece of equipment.
